The Sartori Family
Different generations united by a single passion
The Valdoc Sartori winery was founded by grandfather Arduino and then developed by his son Massimiliano who in turn passed on his passion to sons Alberto and Matteo.
For decades our family has cultivated the vineyards along the steep slopes of the Rive, working tirelessly and with great effort to produce a quality wine.
A professionalism, that could be described as "loving", that is able to convey to the consumer the flavours of the land from which it originates.

The rural culture
We are steeped in tradition but have gradually been able to open up to modernity and technical innovations in production, achieving fruitful results.
We have in fact maintained certain grape growing and processing techniques and the rural culture has remained intact, made up of regard for the environment, passion for the work and the pride we take in making our wine.
Production
Excellent wines
There are many components that make a good wine a great wine: the grapes, the soil, the microclimate, exposure to the sun and a particularly good year.
But all these factors, despite being necessary, are in themselves not enough. It is in fact the men and women, with their work, their experience and their history who bring forth a product of excellence.
